Menarini Hellas, an international pharmaceutical company seeks to recruit a dynamic professional for the Training Dpt. The candidate will be responsible to design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Company’s Field Force, and to develop their skills and knowledge, promoting efficiency and competitive sales advantage.
Training Specialist
Key accountabilities are:
- Training Delivery: Management and coordination of the overall training activities with regards to the functioning/operation of the Field Force Teams. Conduct engaging and informative training sessions both in-person and virtually. Utilize various training methods and tools to effectively deliver content. Manage the out-of-plan training activities submitting the needs to the Scientific Service Responsible and the General Manager.
- Field Activity: Annual field activity plan for supporting AMs & REPs in the execution of marketing strategies and selling/communicational/promotional techniques, the implementation/use of digital tools, according to agreed promotional plan.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations, according to Local & Global Policies and ensure compliance with Internal Operational Procedures (SOPs) in annual planning and reporting.
- Assessment Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate, at least once a year, the training effectiveness, through assessments of the skills and the knowledge of the personnel involved in the medical/scientific information activities. Continuously assess and update training content in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders (Marketing & Medical dept., Scientific Service Responsible, External Advisors) to reflect company’s operational priorities, as well as industry’s best practices.
- Onboarding/Induction process: Define and manage the training and educational activities for the new Medical Reps and personnel involved with scientific information (Marketing/Medical Staff), organizing the activities according to the Internal Operational Procedures & Policies. Assist in the onboarding process for new Field Force employees, providing them with essential knowledge and skills required for their roles.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Department Heads/Managers and relevant functions to align training initiatives with company goals and objectives. Evaluate (in cooperation with the Scientific Service Responsible) the professional qualification of the personnel involved in the medical/scientific information.
- Compliance field: Promote and ensure a culture of compliance in all training activities.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications are:
- University Degree in Management, Health or Social Sciences, Economic & Political Sciences or relevant field
- A Master of Science (MSc) or Master in Business Administration (MBA) will be considered an asset
- Fluency in English in both verbal and written forms
- Fully computer literate (e-learning software is an asset)
- 3-5 years with preference in Pharmaceutical company
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and training software/tools
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Devotion to the mission and vision of the company
- Critical thinking and strong decision making skills
- Energetic and dynamic team player with high level of integrity and confidentiality
