Medochemie Hellas, affiliate company of Medochemie Ltd, is looking for a talented and career-oriented Area Sales Manager for Athens, Greece
Duties:
- Lead, train and motivate your team to achieve company’s sales plan in assigned area
- Perceive and implement company’s strategy and action plans
- Team’s objective and fair performance evaluation
- Effectively manage and control of expenses
- Successfully implement company’s policies
- Create a positive climate that encourages participation and the expression of opinions
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager in a Pharmaceutical company
- A university degree will be considered an advantage
- Excellent Computer Literacy
- Proven know-how in event planning and conducting presentations for health professionals
- Very good command of the English language
- Excellent interpersonal and influence skills, analytical thinking, and results orientation
- Business acumen and ability to work under pressure
