Qualitis Ltd – Administrative Officer/Operational Assistant

Qualitis Ltd requires for immediate employment for its corporate office in Athens an Administrative Officer/Operational Assistant who will fully support different Departments of an International Pharmaceutical Company in Athens (Position Code: Q/Admin/CL).

Job responsibilities mainly include:

  • Creating and modifying documents, performing general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, arranging courier shipments, and maintaining a hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Scheduling appointments, booking conference rooms and coordinating meetings
  • Contacting all involved Parties to gather any information required in order to prepare budget contracts and documents required for contracts execution
  • Managing Sponsorships and Advisory Boards
  • Processing site payments as required, and collecting any reimbursement documentation
  • Participating in various projects across departments and teams
  • Performing other related duties as required by the relevant Project Manager
  • Complying with the Company’s management system policies and procedures

The ideal candidate should fulfill the following qualifications/requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer/Operational Assistant
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent computer literacy with the MS Office Suite
  • Self-driven and self-organized
  • Any relevant experience in Pharma or CRO industry would be a great advantage
