Qualitis Ltd requires for immediate employment for its corporate office in Athens an Administrative Officer/Operational Assistant who will fully support different Departments of an International Pharmaceutical Company in Athens (Position Code: Q/Admin/CL).

Job responsibilities mainly include:
- Creating and modifying documents, performing general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, arranging courier shipments, and maintaining a hard copy and electronic filing system
- Scheduling appointments, booking conference rooms and coordinating meetings
- Contacting all involved Parties to gather any information required in order to prepare budget contracts and documents required for contracts execution
- Managing Sponsorships and Advisory Boards
- Processing site payments as required, and collecting any reimbursement documentation
- Participating in various projects across departments and teams
- Performing other related duties as required by the relevant Project Manager
- Complying with the Company’s management system policies and procedures
The ideal candidate should fulfill the following qualifications/requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer/Operational Assistant
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent computer literacy with the MS Office Suite
- Self-driven and self-organized
- Any relevant experience in Pharma or CRO industry would be a great advantage
