Position Summary
Nestlé Health Science is currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Medical Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), providing scientific information and nutritional guidance on our Medical Nutrition portfolio. You will play a key role in positioning our products as trusted partners in patient care, always in full compliance with the NOM Code.

A Day in the Life…
Responsible for driving HCP engagement and territory performance by:

• Building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals across hospitals and private practices
• Visiting HCPs to provide scientific information and promote Medical Nutrition solutions
• Educating HCPs on the role of nutrition in patient care and disease-related malnutrition
• Positioning Nestlé Health Science products as trusted, evidence-based solutions
• Managing and optimizing territory performance based on objectives and KPIs
• Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and the NOM Code
• Identifying opportunities to enhance patient support through nutritional interventions

What Makes You Successful

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or Paramedical studies (preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar medical or field-based role
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach
• Ability to build trust and credibility with Healthcare Professionals
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
