YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present and promote Krka’s brands and Krka with effective marketing skills
  • Propose, prepare and develop marketing strategies and tactics for brands and ensure their implementation through regular controls and evaluations
  • Propose, plan and prepare marketing activities for brands and ensure their implementation through regular controls and evaluations
  • Plan, organise, perform and report marketing events and hold brand and product portfolio presentations for customers
  • Propose, plan and prepare promotional materials based on materials prepared in Headquarters, adjusted according to the local situation and needs
  • Cooperate with suppliers in  marketing activities, advertising, production of  promotional materials and tools for the best economical interest of Krka
  • Prepare and provide educational materials, trainings and seminars related with brands and brand marketing for field force employees
  • Establish, develop and maintain good contacts with KOLs  in different therapeutic fields
  • Use and implement all available data for the evaluation of marketing strategy, tactics and performance of marketing activities and decision taking
  • Ensure that all marketing activities, materials and actions undertaken are consistent with valid rules, regulations and codes
  • Ensure rational use of promotional resources (financial and material) within the approved budget to achieve optimal results in an economical way and with optimal efficiency
  • Ongoing monitoring of activities of the competition (incl. price monitoring), situation on the market and market development trends, report on them and suggest corresponding activities
  • Keep current with treatment guidelines and new developments in the health-care segment, and the latest clinical data on the assigned product and its development
  • Keep current with the regulations related with marketing, medicines, medicinal and other products promoted and with activities of health care authorities
  • Propose and organise clinical studies with Krka's products and implement, control and report on the monitoring of efficacy and safety of Krka’s products within clinical studies
  • Obtain/receive, and transfer/forward information on safety of medicines and perform other pharmacovigilance activities
  • Inform field force employees about valid SPCs of Krka's products and their changes and ensure compliance of all promotional materials with valid SPCs

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • University degree of education or higher professional degree of education in the health sciences (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, medicine etc.) or other social sciences
  • Master degree in Marketing area will be considered as a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand/product management, preferably in international pharmaceutical (generic) industry
  • Knowledge of Cardiovascular and Gastroenterology will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • User level of PC skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-initiative, bringing new ideas, trend-setter
  • Resourceful, creative, open minded
  • Motivated by work and achievements
  • Closely work with your superiors and colleagues for all needs of the work process
  • Systematic, goal oriented, well organised, able to see ‘the big picture’
