About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall product strategy, development, and execution to drive market growth and enhance product performance.

The role main accountabilities will be the following:

1. Develop, implement and ensure product strategies are consistent with the overall company goals
2. Monitor market trends, patients’ insights and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
3. Prepare and execute the Marketing Plan with all scientific and promotional activities included
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Contribute to the business translating brand strategies into brand positioning, brand plans and go-to-market strategies
6. Contribute to the product budget formulation
7. Conduct training and support the sales team with product knowledge and tools

Requirements

1. BSc in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field. An MBA will be an advantage.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Strong understanding of product development processes and marketing strategies.
4. Excellent analytical skills
5. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Greek and English.
7. Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day operational activities.A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives.
