ICT – Help Desk Officer
Menarini Hellas, an international pharmaceutical Company is looking for a dynamic professional for the Business Excellence Department.
The Candidate will report directly to E-business – CRM & Local ICT Coordination Manager and will be responsible for the technical support of the Field Force and HQs employees.
Main Responsibilities
- FF Help Desk administration & support.
- FF hardware inventory administration.
- CRM reporting support.
- CRM Data Base maintenance.
- HQs ICT Help Desk management and support.
- Intranet ticket support – Help Desk administration.
- PBX support.
Skills and Qualifications (desired)
- Degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
- Fluency in English / Fully computer literate.
- Desired 2 of years of proven working experience within a similar position.
- Strong technical management and understanding, Data Center management.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Self-motivated and self-confident.
- Team player with high level of integrity and confidentiality.
