L’Oréal LDB Greece is looking for a Medical Business Analyst to join the medical team and help to develop and improve performance of the medical representatives’ team in the fastest growing division, reporting to the Medical Manager.

You will: 

Provide data analysis to optimize Medical Visit and Medical Relations processes and enable overall digital transformation of the Medical Function. This includes managing key tools, implement medical studies to unlock critical insights, and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders while actively participating in the global community to contribute to its evolution and ensure local adaptations.

Deploy and administrate crm / clm tools for medical representatives (veeva) 

  • Handles customers data and territory management (user profiles, roles, validation rules, territory alignment, …)
  • Loads data via Data loader – template (accounts, users, product catalog)
  • Helps with medical detailing plan creation (data extraction, loading of the Multi-Channel Cycle Plan)
  • Creates advanced coaching reports and surveys
  • Controls administrative procedures compliance
  • Creates reports (Power BI) and dashboards

Deliver, implement reports and monitor of medical representatives’ effectiveness to achieve key business objectives

  • Gathers and analyses medical landscape data & insights to support definition of healthcare professionals’ segments
  • Performs data analysis (sales activities, prescription panels, barometers, …)
  • Supports with the development, implementation monitoring and reporting of bonus schemes for field team
  • Develops and drives Segmentation & Targeting based on sources of appropriate data. Adapts the segmentation to balance investments and geographical needs for each business unit
  • Monitors data analysis to optimize ROI of sales team / marketing action plan
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives within the department, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  • Implement and manage new digital tools (Power App solutions) and technologies to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Manage medical sizing tool: tool maintenance, yearly review

  • Updates the medical sizing for annual business planning
  • Proposes changes to field team structure and size using the tool
  • Keeps overview, documentation and log of data input and assumptions in the model

Provide medical management with business intelligence insights in accordance with the multichannel medical strategy of the division

  • Defines and monitors the performance indicators for each channel (reach, commitment versus face-to-face contact and contact frequency)
  • Proposition of new, analysis of existing and synthesis of various survey data to capture market reality
  • Works closely with Medical Relations and Communication Manager and makes suggestions to optimize the ROI and increase the level of prescriptions and recommendations
  • Proposes how to improve the tools
  • Competitor and digital monitoring especially regarding digital medical trends

Ensure that all internal staff concerned are trained in the tools and take them onboard

You have: 

  • Degree in Business/Science
  • Sales Force Excellence qualification or 1 – 2 years’ experience in a Sales Force Excellence role, in pharmaceutical company or agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM reporting systems preferably Veeva CRM
  • Organization, multi-tasking and project management skills
  • High level of computer literacy with in-depth knowledge and efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and mapping packages
  • Experience of working as part of cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, leadership and project execution and delivery skills essential
