Digitalisation Specialist (ref code DS-S)
SCOPE OF DUTIES
Purpose of the job position: Main task of the Digitalisation Officer is to develop, implement and monitor projects of multi-channel promotion regarding products, companies and digital working tools.
Immediate supervisor: Business Excellence Manager
Scope of the Employee’s duties includes:
- preparing e-marketing actions in cooperation with marketing team and creating vision of multi-channel promotion development,
- selecting the best tools of multi-channel promotion for each project (e-marketing tools, application for clients, social media channels, marketing e-mail, e-PR tools and different models of internet campaigns),
- implementing projects according to established budget, schedule and KPI indicators,
- supervising suppliers regarding implementing projects of multi-channel promotion,
- assessing effectiveness of the multi-channel promotion projects and preparing key applications on performance analysis of implemented projects,
- implementing and developing applications and web pages,
- implementing and developing tools supporting e-PR company image (intranet, company website, social media),
- training Region, Project & Brand Managers on new technologies and solutions within the scope of multi-channel promotion,
- initial training of new employees on skills of using company applications,
- coordinating and participating in user experience design thinking workshops, technology architecture workshops and project planning and delivery activities,
- persistent education within the scope of multi-channel promotion, e-PR and available technology and sharing this knowledge,
- share ownership of creating a digital culture within the affiliate,
- implement company goals, act in a responsible and transparent manner towards other people, society and environment and in compliance with sustainability, as well as promote social and cultural interests.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational qualifications: | · Degree in Computer Science · MSC (or experience) in Digital Marketing |
Professional experience: | · 3-6 years of practical experience with management information systems and/or information technology, interactive marketing, Google Analytics · Experience in design and technology project definition, analysis, and scope determination · Vendor management experience |
Necessary skills: | · A demonstrable passion for and understanding of great user experiences and technology. A constant desire to learn more about the latest technology trends · Versatile, adaptable and enthusiastic attitude · Strong track record of presenting and public speaking · Good network and ability to influence people efficiently · Exceptional time management skills and an impeccable eye for detail · Strong communication skills: to speak, write, listen and present information in a logical and articulate manner appropriate for the audience · Flexibility to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines · Comfortable to cooperate with and influence various stakeholders |
Specialist skills | · Digital Systems Experience · Data Analysis · Good Math Skills · Marketing databases · Design of e-campaigns |
Language skills | · Fluent in English language (written and oral) · Good knowledge of Italian is considered a plus |
IT skills | · Solid knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, PHP · Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics (or NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) |
