Menarini Hellas, an international pharmaceutical company is looking for a dynamic professional to staff Sales Dpt of Menarini Consumer Healthcare Division (MCH).
The candidate will execute all sales and marketing activities that can further develop all brands under his/her responsibility.
The Main Responsibilities Include
- Actively involved in the development of sales of its products of responsibility, sales targets achievement.
- Monitors daily the competition activities and informs Area Manager about market developments in the areas of his/her responsibility.
- Brand growth (IMS) evolution.
- Direct sales to key customers 70% (Pharmacists).
- Medical Detailing 30% (Doctors)
- Daily ordering monitoring.
- In line with main necessities: deadlines, visiting targets, plan execution, reporting
Skills and Qualifications (desired)
- University Degree in Health, Business or any other related field. Equivalent work experience will be also considered an asset.
- Fluency in English / Fully computer literate.
- At least 2 – 4 years of proven working experience in pharmacy sales, ideally in OTC / food supplements – cosmetic products.
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight schedule.
- Self-confident and team-player.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
