Job responsibilities mainly include:
• Performs sample size/power calculations for clinical studies
• Provides statistical input in the context of protocol development
• Develops Statistical Analysis Plans
• Performs statistical programming and statistical analyses in clinical trial data implementing the appropriate statistical methods
• Participates in sponsor meetings and interacts with other departments, such as data management, clinical, and scientific affairs
The ideal candidates should fulfil the following qualifications/requirements:
• Master’s degree in statistics/biostatistics or related field
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical, CRO or related Healthcare Industry
• Strong working knowledge of SAS software (SAS Base/SAS Stat/SAS Macro)
• Familiarity with ICH Guidelines and relevant requirements for Statistics
• Familiarity with the Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) standards will be considered an asset
• Computer literacy with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with third party groups
• Strong problem solving and time management skills with the ability to consistently work in fast paced environment
