Athina Stavrou is a senior Human Resources leader, heading MSD’s HR organization across Greece, Cyprus, and Malta, with expanded international responsibilities. With multi industry experience, including an early career at Procter & Gamble, she has partnered with leaders and teams across the globe, navigating diverse business, cultural, and organizational contexts. Athina focuses on shaping the capabilities organizations need to succeed in an era of continuous disruption — adaptive leadership, learning agility, inclusive cultures, and resilience at scale. She works closely with senior leaders to translate strategy into people capabilities that enable adaptability, innovation, and sustainable performance across geographies.
