Αποστολία Τεκίδου

Lia Tekidou is Head of Consultants at Business Pathways, where she has led transformation and capability-building initiatives for the past three years. She brings over a decade of experience from Philip Morris International (PMI), where she held the role of Commercial Manager, leading B2B and B2C sales teams.

Her work focuses on self and team leadership, drawing also on her academic background in Education from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and an MBA from the International Hellenic University (IHU), with a specialization in cognitive biases and behavioral psychology.

Lia designs and delivers development programs in Communication, Influence and Leadership, and has trained more than 5,000 managers across Europe. In 2025, she was honored with the “20 Under 40 Training Award GR”. She is the youngest professional trainer in Greece, born in Thessaloniki.
