Νικόλαος Ξυδιάς

Nikos has been working for GSK in multiple positions and countries for the last 23 years. He is currently leading globally the commercialization strategy for a wide portfolio of brands in multiple therapeutic areas including the global plan for the potential launch of low carbon metered dose inhalers (MDIs). Before that he was VP and Cluster Head for Poland, Austria and Czech (2020-2022), VP & General Manager for Poland (2018-2020), General Manager for Bulgaria (2015-2018), Business Unit Director in Greece responsible for Oncology, Vaccines, HIV and Rare Diseases (2013-2015), Finance Director in Greece (20102013) and Head of Finance in Serbia (2009). He spent his initial years in the financial controlling, forecasting and analysis area. Originally from Greece, Nikos holds a Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance from Manchester Business School. He is married, has two daughters and loves basketball, music, history books, and playing with the family’s beloved westie dog.
