Eftichia Kasselaki, Partner – Organization, Change and People Consulting Services, EY 

Eftichia has more than 10 years in C-level positions, member of Group Executive Committee, Strategic Committees and Chairman/Vice Chairman of selected Greek subsidiaries Boards. Overall she has more than 30 years of experience in consulting and senior line management roles in financial services.

Before joining EY Eftichia was Executive General Manager at Piraeus Bank, supervising Retail Banking, Branch Network and Deposits in Greece, including also Digital Banking. In Banking she led in terms of people & supported business in over 19 acquisitions in Greece and Southeastern Europe having as a main functional journey Group Human Resources & Organizational Learning.

Eftichia as part of EY’s leadership Consulting team as a Partner in People Advisory and Transformation Services, she advises Leaders across various sectors on matters such as organizational transformation, leadership and people transformation, performance management, change management as well as board governance, transactions/integrations, strategic rewards, family business growth and succession planning.

She is a frequent speaker in conferences, business events, and regularly represents EY in various events in matters related to Leadership, People, Transformation and Workforce Design and future of work.
