Γεώργιος Μητρόπουλος

George Mitropoulos is the General Manager of IQVIA Greece. He brings over 30 years of experience in technology and business consulting across EMEA, having held senior roles at global leaders including Microsoft and EY.

Across three decades, George has advised senior executives across banking, energy, and retail on digital transformation, commercial strategy, and business development — before anchoring his focus in the health sector. At EY, he built and led the Health Sciences practice, delivering projects of national-level visibility with private and public sector stakeholders.

At IQVIA, he now works at the intersection of health, data, tech, and AI — focused on translating innovation into practical outcomes that improve decision-making and performance for pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations.

George holds graduate degrees from Lancashire Business School and the University of Portsmouth, and a bachelor’s from LSE. He has complemented his academic foundation with executive education from the University of Oxford, Imperial College, and INSEAD.
