Grigoris Karelos is the President and Managing Director of KENVUE Greece, Balkans and Israel, for the last 5 years, managing a diverse team of 200 people, across 15 countries (KENVUE is the Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health spin-off that happened in 2023). He has been with the company for the last 20 years managing roles of increased responsibility in marketing, commercial and general management across Greece, Romania, the Balkans, Iberia and South Europe, and he has managed various regional and global projects. He has extensive experience in the personal healthcare and the
FMCG businesses, in both developed and emerging markets.
Grigoris is a new Board member of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce (AmChamGR) and also the President of the Greek Association of Selfcare (EFEX), a Board member of the European Association of Selfcare (AESGP), the President of the Johnson & Johnson Pension fund, while he has served as a Board member at the Efficient Consumer Response (ECR Greece) and the Brands In Greece (ESVEP).
He holds a Bsc in Marketing and an International MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business, both with distinction, and a mini-MBA specialized in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce from Rutgers University, at New Jersey.
