Profile Description

Job Purpose
Region Manager is responsible for developing the business in the Primary care area with the objective of enhancing, monitoring and managing the customer portfolio as well as keeping motivated and boosting the performance of the team.


Profile

  • University Degree
  • Postgraduate degree will be a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Pharma sector in total
  • Excellent analytical & computer skills
  • Availability to travel
  • People Management skills
  • Inspire by creating an environment where people are motivated to do their best


Responsibilities

The main responsibilities in brief include the following. Other secondary duties may be assigned.

  • Implementing the company’s strategy according to the marketing approach.
  • Optimize market penetration of Chiesi Products and achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent PSS approach
  • Territorial management, allocation of territories
  • Monitor customer identification, segmentation & targeting
  • Monitor coaching time, call frequency and coverage
  • Liaise and collaborate effectively will internal functions such as medical and marketing
  • Maintaining a high scientific knowledge of products
  • High level of marketplace knowledge
  • To detect training needs of the team
  • Problem solving, coaching and mentoring team members
  • To establish relationships with all customers
